Freeze account

Frozen accounts do not incur monthly fees. Parents can log into frozen accounts, but students will be blocked until the account is reactivated.

Freeze your account to add or delete students. Also, you can freeze your account when you leave for vacation. Just remember to reactivate your account when you come home!

When you freeze your account, you get prorated account credit for the unused portion of your last payment. This way, you can add or remove students at any time without wasting any money.
